Naiiled Platform Inc. ("Naiiled," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Naiiled marketplace platform ("Platform"), which connects homeowners with independent contractors. We are committed to protecting the personal information of all users in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

All AWS infrastructure (Aurora PostgreSQL database, SQS, CloudWatch, SSM) is operated by Naiiled Platform Inc. — not a third-party data processor.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Note on account deletion: When you delete your account through the Platform, your account is deactivated (soft-deleted). Your personal data is retained in our systems. If you wish to have all of your personal data permanently deleted, you must submit a deletion request directly to us at naiiledinfo@gmail.com. Deletion requests are subject to our legal retention obligations (e.g., payment records required for tax compliance cannot be deleted before the 7-year retention period expires).

The Naiiled API is a backend service and does not directly set cookies. Any cookie usage is determined by the client application (mobile app or web frontend) that accesses the Platform. Please refer to the privacy notice of the specific client application you use for information about cookies and tracking technologies.
The Platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at naiiledinfo@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion as described in Section 6.
