How To Get Verified
Verification is essential for building trust with homeowners and accessing our insurance coverage. It showcases your professionalism, enhances your credibility, and ensures protection for both you and your clients.
Prerequisites
In order to get verified you will need to:
- Create an account as a Builder.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Have a registered business.
- Provide contact details for your supplier.
- WSIB must be handled by the Builder.

Register as a Builder
The first step is to create an account as a Builder, login and navigate to the Verification page.

Enter details
The next step is to provide details about your business.
- Business number
- Suppliers name & phone number

Upload documents
Next, you will need to provide the following:
- Last years tax return form (T2, T2125, etc.)
- Letter of recommendation from your supplier
- Certificate of Insurance (If applicable)

Submit your application
Once you have filled out all the required fields, submit your application.

Wait for approval
Once you submit your verification for approval, the Naiiled team will review your application. We verify that all your documents are correct, that you have an established reputation with your supplier, and that you have been filing your taxes.
Approved!
Once you are approved you will receive:
- 5% commission instead of 10%.
- Insurance for homeowners who do not pay
- An improved reputation with homeowners.
