How To Get Verified

Verification is essential for building trust with homeowners. It showcases your professionalism, enhances your credibility, and ensures protection for both you and your clients.

Prerequisites

In order to get verified you will need to:

  • Stripe KYC verification completed.
  • Create an account as a Builder.
  • At least 2 years experience.
  • Have a registered business.
  • Provide contact details for your supplier.
  • WSIB must be handled by the Builder.

Create a Builder account

Register on Naiiled as a Builder and complete your Stripe KYC verification. This is a separate step from Naiiled verification and must be done first.

Contact Naiiled support

Visit our Contact page to get in touch with the Naiiled team and start your verification request. Our team will walk you through the rest of the process.

Prepare your documents

Have the following ready to share with our team:

  1. Years in business
  2. Past projects & photos
  3. Supplier name & phone number
  4. Last year's tax return (T2, T2125, etc.)
  5. Letter of recommendation from your supplier
  6. Certificate of Insurance (if applicable)

Share with our team

The Naiiled team will guide you through submitting your details and documents directly. No online portal required.

Wait for review

The Naiiled team will review your application — verifying your documents, your established reputation with your supplier, and that you have been filing your taxes.

Once you are approved you will receive:

  • 7.5% commission instead of 10%.
  • An improved reputation with homeowners.
